MiaBeaChardonnay Picmonkey

2015 Chardonnay

Mia Bea

Mendocino

Alcohol: 14.2%

Suggested Retail: $22

“This is a wine from the Barra Family, long-time growers in Mendocino County. Pure fruit flavors dominate in a very balanced and understated delivery. A very clean-tasting Chardonnay showing aspects of crisp green apple, followed by lemon curd. Probably won’t satisfy fans of the buttery and oaky style, but for those who appreciate restraint, this will do nicely. Ideal companion to a broad array of dishes.”

Food Affinity:  “Try with fish like simply prepared trout or maybe halibut, either grilled or served with a simple beurre blanc.”
