Ice Harbor Brewing
Style: American Amber
Serving stye: 12 oz cans and on draft at brewery and the Marina
Appearance: “I’d say it’s red, but not like a fire-engine red. It’s more of an amber-y red. Maybe russet?”
Aroma: “A nice blend of malt and fruitiness. There’s some hop presence, too. Seems well-balanced.”
Taste: “There’s a good mouthful feeling. You can still taste that malty, fruity aspect evident in the nose, yet it seems to finish kind of dry.”
Food Affinity: “Perfect to accompany my favorite sandwich—Emmenthaler cheese and thinly-sliced red onions on toasted rye bread.”
