Appearance:  “It’s a copper-color, or maybe a dark bronze shade. There’s seems to be a good head that could be called ivory or maybe off-white.”

Aroma:   “Smells quite hoppy to me. There’s that pine aroma and some citrus though it’s less pronounced than the pine.”

Taste:   “The citrus and pine seem to carry though in the flavors, Feeling in the mouth is not too heavy and viscous. There seems to be good carbonation—maybe that’s why, Slightly sweet in the middle of the tasts, but finishes with a clean and dry ending.”

Food Affinity:    “I think you’d want something with substantial flavor to pair with this beer.  I’m thinking dishes more appropriate to the fall than August: goulash or just a rich beef stew, homemade baked beans with bacon and molasses.”
